60-150 YEAR SENTENCE VACATED AND REPLACED WITH TIME SERVED IN LIGHT OF NEWLY DISCOVERED EVIDENCE OF JUDICIAL BIAS

In 2000, 27-year-old Efrain Hidalgo was sentenced to serve a draconian 60 to 150 years of incarceration for non-violent drug sales. Over 20 years later, Attorney Noel was retained to litigate a claim under Pennsylvania’s Post Conviction Relief Act involving newly discovered evidence of judicial bias. Attorney Noel’s task was to bring her client home.
